Here's how to find a specific thesis or dissertation. 

 

Is the author a Fresno State student?

Start at the library homepage.  In the OneSearch box, type the author's name, thesis title, or you can also search by department name. Then, click Books & Media.

On the next page, under Resource Type, select Theses and Disserations.  You may need to expand to the menu to find it.

Theses and Dissertations matching your search will be displayed. Many theses and dissertations will have links for electronic access, as well as print holdings information.

Is the author not from Fresno State?

Start at the library homepage, click the link for Databases by Subject, then select Dissertations and Theses. Select Dissertations and Theses Full Text [Proquest].

Search by author, title, or keyword. Most dissertations and theses are available in full text.  Otherwise, try requesting the thesis/dissertation through interlibrary loan.
